Common questions

Is this advertising my listings?

No. Due Dili is not an MLS or listing platform. Documents contributed to property pages appear as due diligence documents — not as listing advertisements. We comply with NAR settlement guidelines and MLS rules. Your agent profile appears organically alongside the property data, not as a listing.

How is the AI verified? Can I trust the insights?

The AI reads your uploaded documents directly — it's not generating from general knowledge. Insights are grounded in the specific content of each file. For disclosure forms, it reads checkbox responses precisely (YES = disclosed defect, NO = no known issue). You should review all insights before using them — AI is a tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.

Can buyers see my private listing documents?

No. Documents in your Listing Portfolio are private by default. Only when you toggle a document public does it go through the public extraction pipeline and appear on the property page. You control every document individually.

How long does license verification take?

We verify all licenses with your state board — typically 1–2 business days. You'll get an email when your account is activated.

Do I need a Premium account to use the Listing Portfolio?

No — free verified realtor accounts get 2 lifetime listing credits to try the Listing Portfolio. Premium accounts get 5 new credits per month (rollover cap of 10) for ongoing active listings.
