Manage your own listings, privately

On top of that, verified realtors get a private Listing Portfolio for active listings. Upload documents there and get AI insights from an agent's perspective: disclosure risks, deal flags, and pricing signals, kept private by default. Toggle any document public and it appears on that property's page with your Agent-Contributed badge and attribution attached. This is a separate benefit from the points above, publishing to your portfolio doesn't add points, but it does put your name directly on the property page.
