What's the difference between Single Property Access and Premium?
The same thing at two frequencies. Single Property Access unlocks the AI summary and report for one address, permanently. Premium unlocks the same on every property, 20 summary generations and 20 report downloads a month.
Can I cancel anytime?

What documents can I upload?
Inspection reports, HOA records, disclosures, permits, appraisals, invoices, surveys, and title reports. Any PDF or image up to 30MB.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. All personal information (names, emails, phones) is stripped by AI before any data is stored. We never serve raw documents publicly.
What is the Due Dili Score?
A composite 0 to 100 score based on Coverage (which doc types are present), Data Age (how recent the documents are), and Risk (flag counts). Higher is better.
Do I need to own the property to upload documents?
No. Anyone can upload documents for any property. Buyers, sellers, realtors, and professionals can all contribute to a property's public record.
